How to Record using Zoom to upload on Youtube or Facebook
For all the people worried about Zoom Privacy & How to Use it effectively to upload your meetings/sessions on YouTube, here are some basic guidelines and some steps. Made with love especially for the Teachers/Professors/Businessmen who have to adapt now. You can easily record your training sessions and upload on Youtube/Facebook later.
Just create a new Gmail/Outlook account and use that as a sign in
Don’t use your main email account that you have linked with aadhar, bank alerts and used for social media accounts like Facebook/Twitter
Diversify your information into email accounts, you will be safe
I use one email account for Social Media and another for official work and another for zoom
Sign Up on Zoom for educational purposes to use it for Free.
Sign Up on the app on desktop
Always Sign-up/Sign-in on Zoom app on desktop using Browser
Next Setup Display -Name
Click on Host a Meeting
You Host a meeting with any of the options, Only Audio or Video or Screens, Don’t worry!
You can always Control to On, Off, or switch modes later once the meeting starts.
Next: Open Desktop Zoom App or Install it
You will see the desktop app Loading
Always Test your Mic and Speakers
Now your Meeting has Started
Click on Invite to add others
Copy The URL or Invitation and Paste
Pasting the Invitations into your texts

To Start Recording Click on Record
Will show you where the Recorded files are saved later
During Live Meeting, if you wish to change the Sharing Screen Option – Click on New Share
Sharing Options – My Favorite is Browser, but you can go to other options if needed
If you had clicked Recording, you will see this when you end the Meeting
Save Folder dialog box
After the recording is converted you will see this Save Folder dialog box
Or the default Folder for all your meetings here, if you had pressed record and forgot. For me its inside Documents>Zoom
It stores both Audio + Video files of Meeting
I had created two recordings in the same meeting hence two sets of files.
Only the recorded sessions will show up here.
