Soltronics is a technical workshop that aims to educate students about the current trends in solar energy technology and its applications. The contents of the workshop are formulated with a hands on approach allowing the students to practically see the solar energy related technology in action. There will be a set of practical activities involving circuit design, calculations, construction and debugging, that the students will perform in a group.
The session will comprise of a presentation followed by a practical session in which the students will make a Light Detector, a Light Following Robot, &/or a Solar Tracker , &/or a Solar Battery Charger.
